There’s a concept called “three good things” that my sister, Julia, shared with our family a while back. The exercise is to think of 3 good things that happened at the end of each day, and to share them with your loved ones. A way to be mindful of each other’s joys, and to see the day with kindness and gratitude for the small things.

Over the past couple of years, I started to draw a lil something for the good things I experienced. Here it is! Along with a reminder to count the good things :)
